An award-winning contact centre us seeking to employ a Cloud Based Software Consultant to support their clients getting these products set up perfectly for viewing. You will also support clients if there are problems with sets up and troubleshoot bugs, help with web-skins etc.
Responsibities:
Your role will include (but is not limited to):
- Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and logging software ‘bugs’
- Training of new & existing clients on Venue Software
- Implement, train, and manage the setup process for our clients.
- Cross-selling and up selling products and services (e.g., Training, Web templates)
- Assigning and managing designs and custom web-skin work.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Experience within the Hospitality or with international clientele would be advantageous.
- IT qualification and knowledge working with HTML and CSS.
- Experience within an IT field / Tier 1 Support essential / or Cloud based support is essential
