We are looking for a Map and Attract Specialist to be based in the Cape Town area.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years’ experience specifically as a Head-hunter or as a Senior Consultant with a proven portfolio of relevant clients or placements (servicing any industry)
  • Proven track record of personal revenue generated (for the last 2 years)
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools
  • Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections etc.)
  • Systems orientated individual with a track record of using HR related reporting tools for clients and candidates
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Ability to deliver and motivate selected candidates at Board level
  • In depth networking abilities and social involvement
  • Ability to add value to case studies where relevant and required by displaying in depth industry knowledge required
  • Ability to market candidates
  • Ability to work at fast pace
  • Remain self-motivated and use initiative at all times

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for Executive Search or Senior level recruitment opportunities
  • Conduct telesales
  • Assist with preparing and gathering of information when needed for quotations and tenders to win headhunting assignments, in conjunction with Marketing and Tenders
  • Attend briefing sessions with clients to qualify requirements
  • Negotiate pricing and obtain approval from Management
  • Talent mapping and planning of candidate pipeline through thorough market research, social media and advertisements
  • Writing and posting of adverts using critical information from the job specification to attract the right talent
  • Conduct detailed project management / planning to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines
  • Proactively conduct market research to identify and approach passive, suitable candidates
  • Draw from your extensive database / network to identify candidates with the best skills available in the market
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
  • Conduct professional and detailed face to face interviews with long listed individuals
  • Ensuring you understand the requirements of the position in full to ensure no risk to Fempower
  • Continuous communication with clients to ensure client timelines and challenges are shared
  • Prepare and present presentations of your shortlisted and processed candidates to the Project Manager / Director for final approval
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions files for the clients’ perusal
  • Attend industry forums, workshops etc.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews
  • Prepare candidates prior to the interview with the client
  • Coordinate any relevant assessments
  • Ensure all social media checks are conducted on candidates prior to referral to mitigate risk
  • Ensure all verification checks are conducted on candidates
  • Ensure that all timelines and deadlines are met for projects / specs allocated
  • Ensure that you are building a suitable pipeline of candidates in line with your stream of expertise
  • Conduct Competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
  • Request referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g. in-house database)
  • Conduct benchmark research when needed on remuneration, industry, etc.
