Duties and Responsibilities
- Display a high level of initiative and being pro-active in practice
- Handle large volumes of general correspondence
- Assist with practice administration i.e billing, enquiries etc.
- Deal with urgent matters promptly, efficiently and ensure that all urgent tasks are completed timeously
- Handle own diary terms
- Follow up on outstanding WIP items
- Open client accounts on Patricia and CMS
- Follow up on letters regarding outstanding accounts
- Attend to credit notes and new debit notes as requested by clients
- Respond to incoming client correspondence and from diary
- Update and maintain records
- Check and monitor standing instructions
- Open cases in Patricia
