Organisational Change Lead (Point of Sale)Purpose of the Job      Organisational Change Lead will play a key role in the planning; experience design; transformation engagements and implementation of the POS Project. This person will manage the project’s change journey by bringing proven change management architectures and best practices to help the Project team navigate complex change journeys.  The Organisational Change Lead will help the business achieve sustainable performance improvements within the organisation through building greater capability for change within the workforce/teams. This person will focus on the people side of change on an organisational level, including the adoption of changes by leadership, organisation structures, and implementation of strategic decisions.   The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement through effectively planned and delivered communication, training, and change enablement activities. The Change Lead will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization to ensure full adoption of initiatives, both in terms of Project- and Operating Model [URL Removed] Objectives1) People Mentoring, Coaching and Management – Assist team in applying behavioural tools to assess the impact of change on organisations, using assessments of organisational culture, performance, and readiness for change – Effectively and timely coach and motivate team members to improve both technical and soft skills based on individual development plans – Define activities to support change and transition initiatives  – 2) Engagement Management – Liaise with Business Owners on a regular basis to provide feedback on change impacts. – Contribute to the successful realisation of Business goals and objectives – Enable business to communicate and facilitate stakeholder communication and management  3) Organisational Change Management – Implement, maintain and facilitate execution of organisational change management initiatives – Formulate frameworks that support improved client future-state organisational design and alignment – Identify integrated change focus areas and requirements (OM and COR3) and enable the business to implement transition requirements – Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.  4) Quality Assurance – Effectively monitor and manage the work of to ensure delivery of Change related work packs – Prepare and deliver executive dashboards to create visibility on change initiatives and progress made  5) Administrative Management – Report, track and communicate status and issues related to organisational change management initiatives  6) Planning and co-ordination – Deliver realistic plans, which are accurate and achievable – Deliver plans that enable the achievement of business results, and support the organisational strategies, operating model/s and vision – Communicate plans clearly and timeously to business stakeholdersQualifications  Essential: – Bachelor’s degree  Desirable: – Business Management Qualification (MBA)Experience      Essential:- 5-8 years of Organizational Change Management Lead in Retail/FMCG – 5-7 years successful delivery of Change Management work in the disciplines of: * change management methodology,   job/role/organization design,   stakeholder engagement,   sponsorship alignment,   marketing or communication,  * training/performance support and organizational readiness – 5 years Quality Management – 5 years Conflict Resolution on executive level (in large scale businesses) – 5 years Coaching & Mentoring -Proven track record with Branding of project, Project Kick Off, Team Engagements, Programme Health,/ Check in, Communication Analysis, Programme Stakeholder Management, and Team Rewards and Recognition.    Desirable:- 5-10 years IT Experience – 5 years Business Operating Models – Proven Track Record on Large Scale Projects  Implementations i.e. SAP or POS ProgrammesKnowledge and Skills  Essential: – 3-5 years Team Management Principles – 3-5 years Change Management principles and methodologies – 3-5 years People Development & Motivation  Desirable: – 5-10 years Knowledge of Executive goal-setting – 3-5 years Knowledge of SAP Retail
