B3 Insurance and Funeral Business is looking for a seasoned Regional Manager to help the
business with its business revitalization strategy and Brand repositioning and growth strategy.
The candidate must be a go getter who has experience in turnaround strategy [URL Removed] candidate must have experience in the customer service experience improvement and overall Operational, Financial, Governance and system integration.

Purpose of the job:

The incumbent will be responsible for the growth and performance of the branch network and
achieving the overall revitalization of the B3 brand, improve customer Service experience and
implement B3 growth strategies

  • Manage the effective running of branches within your region
  • Ensure service excellence across all area of business both on the insurance
  • and funeral business
  • Ensure growth of the insurance book and cash funerals within the region
  • Ensure effective functioning of the infrastructure within the region
  • Compile Financial and operational reports
  • Training and Development of all staff members within your region
  • Ensure that budgeted targets for both the Funeral and insurance space are met
  • Resolve all customer complaints on time
  • Ensure effective stakeholder relations
  • Ensure effective stakeholder relations
  • Ensure the regulatory framework is sound and effective
  • Ensure the governance and compliance environment is sound
  • Ensure that performance management processes are met.
  • Ensure implementation of Total Management Quality within the region
  • Ensure effective Cost Containment strategy is implemented
  • Contribute to the development of growth strategy of the company.
  • Participate in the development of processes and procedures as well as
  • policy formulation for the business
  • Actively engage in the sourcing of deduction facility for our insurance business.
