The candidate must have consulting experience and strong senior stakeholder management experience as they will work with the Executive level in IT. Third party supplier management experience is a also a positive as they will be managing a team of external consultants to delivery.  Job Objectives1. Project initiation – Project charter 2. Project planning – Project management plan including: o Project schedule o Project budget o Project quality plan o Risk management plan3. Monitoring and controlling of project execution: o Project progress minutes including issue log, decision log and risk log o Project status reports o Project steering committee presentation 4. Project close – close out presentation, reports and handoverQualifications  Essential:  

  • Computer Science or Information Systems Degree/ Diploma.  
  • Qualification in Project Management – PMP or Prince2 
  • Agile/SAFe certification 

Experience      Essential: 

  • 5-8 years Project Management experience  
  • Experience managing Third Party vendors to delivery 
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Ability to effectively manage prioritization of deliverables and focus on strategic outcomes rather than outputs

Knowledge: Strong experience in Projects and Project deliverables Has detailed practical knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques with an in depth knowledge of all  methodology’s with Agile/SAFe  (Organisation  uses PMBoK/Agile/ASAP) Good knowledge of the Retail business environment  Skills: 

  • ICT background managing strategic projects with business change impacts and managing third party suppliers to ensure delivery. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines/milestones 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Experience of using project tools
