• Deliver on target revenue, sales count, grow value added services and market share and other relevant business objectives as required
  • Ability to manage cross-functionally in different teams.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Enhance sales and marketing productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance sales activation and upsell processes
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Sales/Channel Managers and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
  • Maintain procurement and contract records
  • Screening potential corporate deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; as well as recommending equity investment
  • Development of continuous improvement and business intelligence framework.
  • Monitoring of compliance to legislation
  • Process and Systems performance management and operational monitoring
  • Analysis of the fulfilment process to identify process gaps that have revenue opportunities, cost threats or a churn risk that require an intervention
  • Enable sales and marketing channels through applying continuous improvement in onboarding, launching, growing and maintaining the channels.
  • Creating and maintaining Sales and marketing Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales and marketing team members
  • Conduct functions of system administration and oversee organization’s marketing
  • Establish and identify communicate timelines, priorities and deliverables to ensure goals are met to stakeholders.
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team (Exco) or business unit heads.
  • Budget management and ensuring that spend is delivering a positive return on investment.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience essential in marketing/sales operations
  • Professional use of Project management tools (Airtable, Click-up, Pipefy, Notion)
  • Previous managerial experience and an understanding of business processes and products is advantageous.
