Large, very busy FMCG warehouse that offers full turnkey solutions 7 days a week, for multiple, large volume customers requires a very experienced Warehouse Admin Manager to manage team of 8 plus indirectly manage Inventory Team of 2. Duties include weekly billing using WMS, admin management of dispatch, delivery notes, returns – reverse logistics, queries, picking and packing, timesheet control etc., reporting, stock control, warehouse budgeting and forecasting, operational reporting, procurement, housekeeping, health and safety and maintenance among others. This position requires a no nonsense, hardworking, experienced self-starter who has the ability to motivate, mentor and organise the team so that nothing gets missed! It is a BIG job but a very rewarding one in a company that puts its staff first. Occasional weekend and public holiday work required.
Logistics / Supply Chain Diploma, at least 5 years’ experience as a FMCG Warehouse Admin Manager absolutely essential. Numerate and analytical ability. MS Office, WMS and Accellos/GP experience NOT NEGOTIABLE.
