Management Consultant – Workshopping Solutions!

Recruiting an out of the box thinker to provide CX Solutions to provide the sum of all experiences!

The Position: We’re looking for a Management Consultant (Permanent Employment) to conduct research, provide sound advice, develop questionnaires, conduct analysis, write reports and design solutions in order to add value. The pay range on offer is R35 000.00 to R45 000.00 Per Month.

Requirements:

  • Completed Matric – essential
  • Completed Degree with Mathematical Statistics or similar – essential
  • Experience in Data Analysis
  • Qualitative experience – highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles – essential
  • Experience in the field of Customer Experience – essential
  • 3+ years consulting / research experience – essential
  • Advanced working knowledge and experience of MS Suite
  • Well Developed core consulting / research / analysis / presentation and attention to detail
  • Questionnaire design and data analysis skills
  • Qualitative report writing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent numeric capability

Responsibilities:

  • Client advisory role
  • Develop fit-for-purpose surveys to be used for quantitative / qualitive analysis
  • Conduct interviews where required
  • Monitor progress of surveys
  • Draw and schedule repots for the analysis of data
  • Analyse data and consolidate findings
  • Draft reports on data findings
  • Conduct client-facing presentations including solution workshops
  • Identifying trends
  • Project Management
  • Support business development activities / case studies
  • Establish and build relationships
