Our client seeks to appoint a Senior Client Services Administrator to ensure effective client services administration.

Client Queries

  • Attend to queries
  • Dispatch documents to back offices
    Client service administration

Attend to the following on the system:

  • General updates of personal & contact details
  • Change of address
  • Payment methods
  • Internal correspondence (workflow)
  • Duplicate contracts
  • Reinstatements
  • Cessions
  • Loan process & payments
  • Beneficiaries
  • Process & payments of cancellations
  • Assist with alleged fraud process
  • Process debit orders
  • Process policy amendments

Client correspondence

  • Generate system letters to clients
  • Compile correspondence to clients
  • Obtain approval from the leader

Requirements:
– Grade 12 – high language proficiency (multilingualism an advantage)
– Recognized Qualification.
– Experience in the administration insurance industry: 3 years/ more
– RE5
– Class of business (Advantageous)
