Our client seeks to appoint a Senior Client Services Administrator to ensure effective client services administration.
Client Queries
- Attend to queries
- Dispatch documents to back offices
Client service administration
Attend to the following on the system:
- General updates of personal & contact details
- Change of address
- Payment methods
- Internal correspondence (workflow)
- Duplicate contracts
- Reinstatements
- Cessions
- Loan process & payments
- Beneficiaries
- Process & payments of cancellations
- Assist with alleged fraud process
- Process debit orders
- Process policy amendments
Client correspondence
- Generate system letters to clients
- Compile correspondence to clients
- Obtain approval from the leader
Requirements:
– Grade 12 – high language proficiency (multilingualism an advantage)
– Recognized Qualification.
– Experience in the administration insurance industry: 3 years/ more
– RE5
– Class of business (Advantageous)
