Our client is looking for a client focused Technical Account Manager to join their team.
This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate composure under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships.
  • Work closely with various internal business departments to maintain and further develop the relationships with their accounts.
  • Represent the entire range of solutions.
  • Upsell to clients and retain clients.
  • Achieve defined sales targets.
  • Ensure CRM system complete with all relevant data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years client management experience.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and develop an understanding for account planning.
  • Proven track record in delivering satisfied customer relationships.
  • Expertise in CRM.
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Extensive sales experience, possessing an ability to drive sales and having met and exceeded targets.
  • Advanced MS Office skills – high proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Drivers’ license and own car essential.
  • Required to travel regularly.
