Our client is looking for a client focused Technical Account Manager to join their team.
This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate composure under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships.
- Work closely with various internal business departments to maintain and further develop the relationships with their accounts.
- Represent the entire range of solutions.
- Upsell to clients and retain clients.
- Achieve defined sales targets.
- Ensure CRM system complete with all relevant data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years client management experience.
- Aptitude to quickly learn and develop an understanding for account planning.
- Proven track record in delivering satisfied customer relationships.
- Expertise in CRM.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Extensive sales experience, possessing an ability to drive sales and having met and exceeded targets.
- Advanced MS Office skills – high proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Drivers’ license and own car essential.
- Required to travel regularly.
