Your key responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers requiring machinery services and / or service related queries.
  • Ensure new calls are logged onto SAP and any outstanding account issues are communicated to the client as well as the Service Manager.
  • Maintain the database and ensure housekeeping is actioned on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with customer throughout service until completion to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage contract maintenance on SAP (time, materials, outworks, etc) as well as required documentation and processes related to the jobs / services.
  • Coordinate and follow up daily with technicians on open jobs.

Our required expertise:

  • Minimum matric. Relevant certificate/degree and/or extensive and relevant on-job training is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
  • SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Assertive, fast paced, organised and proactive individual with a technical aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • A positive attitude towards customer service is a necessity.
  • Microsoft Office experience essential.
