Our client in the Mining Industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Maintenance Specialist. This position will be based in the Mooinooi area.
Requirements:
- BEng / BSc Mechanical Engineering Degree or National Diploma
- 4 years relevant experience
- Pelletizing sinter plant experience required
KPAs:
- Manage SHERQC compliance within the Process through effective use of the Toolbox
- Develop maintenance plans (frequencies, maintainable items)
- Perform Pareto analyses, correlation analyses and report top 5 chronic losses
- Arrange RCFA investigation and facilitate the problem solving session
- Recommend best solutions to problems through the change management process
- Track Condition Monitoring (CM) results
- Ensure sustained FLAC improvements
- Manage Continuous Improvement through Operational Excellence
