Job Purpose:
Scheduling Assistant is responsible for effectively managing the schedules of at least four plumbing teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting up schedules for plumbers based on jobs received from the Customer Experience Centre
- Constant communication with plumbing teams upon start and completion of each job
- Advising customers of services and general information regarding operational procedures
- Effective communication with clients, giving updates and follow ups
- Ensuring all documents are loaded onto the CCA (job cards, photos of before and after each job etc.)
- Identifying service delivery gaps
- To check excess and limits of the insured
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Clear criminal and ITC record
- 2-3 years working experience

- Strong communication skills, excellent command of the English language
