Responsibilities:

  • Define business problems and recommend improvements and solutions
  • Clarify projects; assess processes and determine requirements to improve efficiencies
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to add value to meet business needs
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions, and find technological solutions
  • Collect information from end-users about system performance
  • Stakeholder engagement

Requirements / Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification – Certificate / Diploma in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis / IT qualification
  • Project Management PMP certification or related qualification
  • 5 years working experience in business analysis
  • 3 – 5 years working experience in software development
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Strategic and analytical problem solver
  • Interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
