Qualifications required:

- Relevant tertiary qualification – BSc Degree, BTech (Computing/Information Systems)
- A+ & N+
- ITIL training and/or certification

Job description:
- Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
- Monitoring of the data backup system
- Provide general IT support to all staff
- Extensive equipment support experience with PCs, telephone and peripheral accessories
- Installation and support for various software applications
- Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards
- Provide remote and on-site desktop and application support
- Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor problems
- Responding to virus and other security threats to the information system
- Ensure compliance to operational procedures, including security procedures
- Knowledge of IT or general asset management
- Experience in ITIL principles
- Knowledge of working with IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans
