A key commercial and industrial construction company based in Berea seeks to employ a Junior Contracts/Project Manager:
The minimum requirements for this role:
- Atleast 3 – 5 years experience in facility maintenance, construction, plumbing, shopfitting, alterations & renovations.
- Relevant qualifications and short courses.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to manage, complete and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to establish and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Complete knowledge on OHSA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the site requirements including personnel.
- Supervision.
- Ensuring construction work is done accurately and that deadlines are met.
- Monitoring Health and Safety on site.
- Communication of the progress of the projects to key stakeholders and clients.
