A key commercial and industrial construction company based in Berea seeks to employ a Junior Contracts/Project Manager:

The minimum requirements for this role:

  • Atleast 3 – 5 years experience in facility maintenance, construction, plumbing, shopfitting, alterations & renovations.
  • Relevant qualifications and short courses.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to manage, complete and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Complete knowledge on OHSA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site requirements including personnel.
  • Supervision.
  • Ensuring construction work is done accurately and that deadlines are met.
  • Monitoring Health and Safety on site.
  • Communication of the progress of the projects to key stakeholders and clients.
