The field technician is responsible for performing inspections and examinations, troubleshooting problems, fixing and replacing components, modifying and upgrading parts, and conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency. Moreover, the field technician will work in a team and this will require an active communication line for a smooth and efficient workflow.

  • ATM Repair/Photocopy Repair/Office Machine Repair experience
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner and use field automation systems
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Work closely with the support teams across the organisation
  • Comprehend the issues and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders
