Role Task:

  • Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets
  • Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required
  • Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified
  • Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required
  • Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes

  • 3 years + Professional experience in Network Security Appliances, e.g., Firewalls, network Intrusion prevention systems, HTTP proxies at large companies.
  • Detailed knowledge in network protocols and methods TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, routing, Switching, Load Balancing, etc.
  • Knowledge of current network architectures, solutions, and trends
  • Network Security Certification
  • Experienced in interpreting of network symptom data such as logs, tcp-dumps, product specific trace data, network captures
  • Trend Micro Tipping Point Expert Certification (Beneficial)
  • Bluecoat proxy Certification (Beneficial)
  • Tufin Knowledge (Beneficial)
  • Excellent knowledge in operation processes to achieve high stability and reliability.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security.
