The Role: Essential function:

  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.

Skills and Experience: Essential Qualification:

  • Defining and analysing of HR and Payroll client requirements.
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll systems ?? 3-5 years
  • HR and Payroll processing experience
  • Verbal and Written Communications
  • Must have advanced Excel skills Excellent writing skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • All applicants should be in possession of a relevant B Degree or an equivalent NQF 6 qualification

Key Accountabilities: KPA’s:

  • Human Resources exeperience with an excellent understanding of HR and Payroll operations.
  • Defining and analysing of HR and Payroll client requirements.
  • HR and Payroll processing experience
  • Advanced experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; MS Visio and/or other Process Flow software is preferred, but not required
