Skills and Experience: Essential Qualification:
- Defining and analysing of HR and Payroll client requirements.
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll systems ?? 3-5 years
- HR and Payroll processing experience
- Verbal and Written Communications
- Must have advanced Excel skills Excellent writing skills
Preferred Qualification:
- All applicants should be in possession of a relevant B Degree or an equivalent NQF 6 qualification
Key Accountabilities: KPA’s:
- Human Resources exeperience with an excellent understanding of HR and Payroll operations.
- Defining and analysing of HR and Payroll client requirements.
- HR and Payroll processing experience
- Advanced experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; MS Visio and/or other Process Flow software is preferred, but not required
