Purpose of the Position

  • Planning, requirements engineering, customer experience design, acceptance criteria, impact and feasibility analysis, work estimation and packaging aligned with the Solution Development roadmap

Key Performance Objectives

Analysis and Design

  • Participate in detailed planning, customer experience design, acceptance criteria, work estimation and packaging, aligned with the Solution Development roadmap
  • Develop and maintain analysis and design documentation
  • Review and revise acceptance criteria to guarantee they are fit for purpose
  • Support product owners in the product development cycle
  • Prepare feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed changes and enhancements
  • Elicitation, planning, analysis and management of requirements
  • Translate non-functional requirements into quality of service
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Adhere to policies, standards and procedures applicable to analysis and design
  • Contributes to the implementation of improvement initiatives, helping to drive a quality culture
