After a year serving as MB Technologies’ Group HR executive, Philemon Tsheola has been appointed to the main board of MB Technologies (MBTech).
He was appointed as the Group HR executive in April 2012 and has won the confidence of the MBT board, operational executives and staff and is successfully leading human capital initiatives to ensure that the MBT Group is the employer of choice for talented executives and staff seeking careers in the IT industry.

“We appointed Philemon on the back of a renewed focus on the human capital within the group. Much of this stems from the belief that our people are critical to our success within the IT distribution environment and that our continued growth will be driven by their skills and contribution,” says Glenn Fullerton, CEO of MB Technologies.

“In line with our strategy, focus is being placed on ensuring we train, upskill, retain and deploy our people in a way that provides continual service excellence and customer focus.”

Tsheola holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and various other human resources qualifications and also serves on the MB Technologies Exco. He has a wide range of human resources management experience, having held senior positions in multinational groups such as Kimberly-Clarke and Otis Elevators.
