Kaspersky Lab has announced the launch of its updated channel partnership programme across Latin America, Middle East, Africa as well as Turkey and Eastern Europe, to create a single, unified approach to channel development across the region.
“Our pursuit in building a strong partner community has always been one of the key principles of our strategy leading Kaspersky Lab to success. The company’s strong support of its channel has seen the number of Kaspersky resellers increase by 10% in 2012 and now exceed 25 000 companies worldwide,” says Garry Kondakov, chief sales marketing and support officer at Kaspersky Lab.

“With this new programme we made a further step in constant perfection of our partnership. While maintaining the previous advantages Kaspersky Lab is adding more benefits to ensure the constant growth, efficiency and successful operations for our partners.”

The benefits are based on the partner titles, which we have also recently introduced. The higher title will attract richer benefits. The main of them, rebates, will be granted to top-level partners: Gold, Platinum, Distributer and Strategic. The rebates are introduced in addition to the merge encouraging keeping up with the sales plan and acquiring new customers.

Understanding this is a challenge Kaspersky Lab will back up using the existing rich training and marketing support, with the set of efficient tools enabling partners to reinforce their business.

For top partners the insight on the security market is needed to predict and react to changes beforehand and to help with that Kaspersky Lab will periodically conduct special trainings and roadmap Webinars to share the valuable knowledge on where exactly the market is heading and what the company is doing.

A dedicated technical support to keep the customers always satisfied with the top-level service is provided for high titles as well.

From the client’s side the choosing of a solid security associate is becoming transparent as Gold and Platinum partners are now able to select their security specialisation (from system management, virtualisation or mobile device management and security) adding even more advantages. From a B2C perspective, partners will be ranged from registered retailer to premier retailer.

“I’m sure the updated programme will see partnerships with Kaspersky Lab become even more fruitful allowing our partners to enjoy all the new opportunities, shared expertise and outstanding support while expanding their business along with the world-known brand of Kaspersky Lab,” concludes Kondakov.
