Citrix has announced the appointment of Brendan Mc Aravey as country manager for South Africa.

Reporting to Johnny Karam, regional vice-president, Middle East and Africa, Mc Aravey will be responsible for the growth and development of Citrix operation across South Africa, driving revenues, generating new business opportunities and cultivating the company’s valued partner ecosystem.

“The adoption of mobile workspaces continues to surge as IT teams and service providers look for ways to seamlessly deliver apps, desktops, data and services to anyone, on any device, over any network or cloud,” says Mc Aravey.

With over 22 years of experience in leading technology businesses, Mc Aravey has previously held a number of positions at Dell. He was most recently country manager and regional sales director, South Africa. He is passionate
about leading sales and pre-sales teams to deliver infrastructure solutions for customers.
