The FNB Banking App has been ranked as the fourth-best app in the world by MyPrivateBanking Research in the category of Mobile Apps for Wealth Management 2015, and sixth-best globally by the UX Alliance for usability and ease of use.
It was also recently voted best banking app in Internet Banking SITEisfaction Survey, which measures internet banking quality and user experience in South Africa.
FNB’s banking app has a user base of over 1,5-million active devices.

The recent accolades are attributed to the revamp of the user interface per smartphone platform in 2014, and continuous delivery of new features.
“We have thousands of new customers linking to the app everyday which signals that people want fast banking 24/7, and we are consistently positioning ourselves to meet this demand from the market,” concludes Virgillito.
