Gijima’s paperless board meeting app BoardView Professional has been announced as a finalist in the MTN App of the Year Awards 2015.
BoardView is a finalist in the MTN Best Enterprise – Business Solutions and Sales category of the 2015 awards. The app provides a solution for board-level executives, providing a convenient means to schedule, manage and conduct paperless meetings. Electronic documents can be securely stored, annotated and e-signed using the app, removing the need for copies of board documentation to be physically signed and forwarded manually to an entire board before they can be executed on.
BoardView is available on premise or in the cloud, and can support multiple board representations. The app can be customised with a specific company’s look and feel, and offers enterprise-grade security and verifiable electronic signatures that hold evidentiary weight.
Documents can be circulated and approved without being linked to a specific meeting. If linked they will automatically be added to a meeting if required. The app has offline capability, enabling executives to work while in transit or in low signal areas.
