Datatec subsidiary Logicalis Group has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Thomas Duryea Consulting, an Australian ICT services and solutions provider.
Established in 2000, Thomas Duryea is a provider of data centre, cloud and Microsoft solutions and service with operations in Melbourne and Sydney.
With annual turnover of approximately $50-million and 125 employees, the acquisition will enhance Logicalis’ scale and capabilities in the Australian ICT market.
The acquisition will be paid in cash.
