In line with its intention to expand into new territories, EOH Holdings has concluded the acquisition of 50% or more of a number of businesses in the EOH ICT Division.
The business are Consol Systems and BC Skills in Morocco; Acron and Cozumevi in Turkey; Acron in Iran; and EBS in Mozambique.
According to EOH, the acquisitions will serve as a base for the group to grow aggressively in these territories, both organically and through further acquisitions, by providing EOH’s service offerings.
The group has also set up offices in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) aimed at serving the region.
EOH now has over 1 000 employees based outside of South Africa.
The group also issued a trading statement for the six-month period to 31 January 2016, which is expected to again be positive with significant year-on-year growth in revenue, profit and headline earnings per share (HEPS.
