CA Technologies has been named a Leader in the “The Forrester Wave: Application Performance Management, Q3 2016”, scoring the highest rating possible in the sub-criteria of off-premises infrastructure monitoring, microservices/containers monitoring, vision: BT and technology partner ecosystem.
The company was among a select group of 14 application performance management (APM) vendors invited to participate and evaluated across 28 criteria.
In the report, Forrester analysts state, “CA Technologies’ APM solution stands out with its customer experience capabilities, managing real-user transactions via JavaScript injection, SDK and deep packet analysis, ability to manage microservices and containers, and strength in its analytics engine to ingest a variety of sources.”
Solutions evaluated for this report include CA APM, CA Mobile App Analytics, CA App Synthetic Monitor, CA Application Delivery Analysis and CA Unified Infrastructure Management. The report also notes, “Since Forrester began this evaluation, CA Technologies has released App Experience Analytics, which has an increased focus on driving business outcomes and prescriptive analytics.
