Bytes Connect has been named Partner of the Year at Eqstra Fleet Management’s annual supplier day. Eqstra runs fleets for numerous major clients, and fields over 60 call centre agents at four different call centres, says Eqstra IT manager, Edward Macfarlane.
Macfarlane says Eqstra is busy building a fifth call centre to cope with increasing demand from a long list of major fleets.
“I lean heavily on Bytes Connect to maintain and build the call centres,” says Macfarlane. “Our systems run on Alcatel, and they are the Alcatel specialists. I have not found another Alcatel dealer that can come to the party like they can.”
Macfarlane nominated Bytes Connect for this year’s Partner Award based on the company’s stellar service.
“I have worked with them for three years, and I can call on them at any time for support.”
Bytes Connect sales executive Les Cawood notes that Bytes Connect understands every business has unique challenges, and says the company is built on a culture of understanding those challenges and partnering with its customers to overcome them.
“Since inception, we have partnered with some of South Africa’s fastest-growing household names (who are still our customers), and we have learnt what business wants from its communication strategy. We have a proud history of delivering solutions that give our customers a competitive edge,” he says.
