Epson, one of the leading projector manufacturers since 2001, has launched the EB-1900 range of projectors. These have been designed to meet the needs of both corporate and education environments in South Africa by offering a combination of high-quality output, value-added features and affordability.
The EB-1900 projectors are easily installed – from meeting rooms to desktops – and function well in brightly lit rooms.
These factors make them perfect for use in large classrooms, boardrooms or auditoriums. The banking, commercial, hospitality, education and healthcare environments would benefit from the feature-rich design and latest technologies, such as Epson’s 3LCD and high white and colour output, which deliver crisp, vivid and sharp images, even in broad daylight.
All models boast impressive connectivity options, including a DisplayPort connector to present high definition video content, network projection and PC-free presenting directly from USB.
The EB-1965 and EB-1955 models include automatic vertical and horizontal keystone correction, the new Epson Focus Help function, the screen fit feature, and the ability to project from multiple PC sources.
“The screen fit function available on the EB-1965 and EB-1955 models makes it really simple to correct images to a framed screen in seconds,” says Kelvin Reynolds, GM for Epson South Africa.
“These models also offer realtime auto- vertical and horizontal keystone correction, which is new to Epson, giving users corrections that can be seen in less than a second. The addition of Epson’s new EasyMP Network Projection app also allows users to project photos or documents stored on an iOS device by sending them to their projector via a network.”
Productivity is also increased with the EB-1900 range, as it offers split-screen projection to show different kinds of content simultaneously and the new scheduling system lets users to program their projector to auto power-on with a pre-selected source.
The EB-1900 range is available from specialist retailers countrywide, priced at R10 000.00 excluding VAT for the EB-1930, to R19 000.00 excluding VAT for the EB-1965.
