In a bid to meet the growing demand for its consulting and training services in Cape Town, Quintica has opened an office in the Mother City, servicing client’s training, consulting and technology needs.
According to the company, Cape Town is a growing market for its business offerings and a number of clients have requested assistance in the region. It is against this backdrop that the company will be offering its full range of services in the region.
“There has been a big demand for the Quintica business offerings in the Cape region, particularly from clients who want the benefits from training their staff at Quintica but want to curb the costs involved in having to send them to Johannesburg,” states Kerry Evans, MD at Quintica.
“We believe we are really opening up this market to local companies looking to take advantage of training their people up on ITIL best practices and methodologies,” she adds.
The company will, alongside its consulting, services and technology offerings, be providing customers access to not only ITIL but also ISO 20000 and COBIT 5 training, as well as the full range of business simulation training the company has developed. The team will also bring its wealth of knowledge on service desks, project delivery as well as BMC, SunGard and RiverBed.
Cape Town customers will also be able to take advantage of introducing the Quintica Way into their businesses, enabling them to streamline their people, processes and technologies, all of which aim to result in improved service delivery.
Evans adds that Quintica has recently secured a number of customers in the telecommunications, financial and retail sectors, all of which are either based in Cape Town or who have a significant presence in the region, making the establishment of a full service branch office a logical progression for the company.
The Cape Town office is situated at Regus, and the official launch of the offices will be held on 5 February 2013.
