JSE-listed Adapt IT Holdings has announced the appointment of Oliver Fortuin as an independent non-executive board member to the group.
Fortuin will serve as an independent non-executive member of the board of directors and chairman of the social and ethics committee, effective 8 February 2013, replacing Mandla Nhlapo who retires to pursue other interests.

Fortuin is a lead independent non-executive director of Ellies Holdings, and served as a director and chairman for IBM in South Africa, having been with the company for 17 years.
