Miro, a leading provider of VoIP business phone systems and specialist wireless distributor, today announced it has been awarded the Digium Pinnacle Partner award for best Distributor of the Year in the Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East region.
These Pinnacle Partner awards are presented annually to leading Digium partners who have excelled in developing and growing their partnership with Digium and driving customer success for either Switchvox Unified Communications (UC) or Asterisk Custom Communications solutions. Miro has been selected as their best performing partner, based on annual sales and commitment to customer satisfaction.
“We have seen rapid growth in sales of our Digium and Switchvox business and are honored to receive this award, which recognises our commitment to Digium and our customers,” says Riandi van Niekerk, marketing manager at Miro.
“Our company’s expertise and focus on service levels, combined with Digium’s excellent product portfolio, has helped to accelerate our growth. By partnering with Digium, we are able to offer our customers the best value and advanced features for their office communications.”
“These awards demonstrate Digium’s commitment to the growth and recognition of our channel partners who are contributing to our remarkable growth,” says Jim Butler, director of worldwide channel sales for Digium.
“We are happy to have the opportunity to present these awards to those organisations who have shown a commitment to growing their Digium business and expanding our worldwide customer base. We have seen significant growth of our Switchvox Unified Communication solutions because customers are looking for feature-rich, affordable alternatives for their business phone systems.”
Cape Town based Clarotech Consulting, a Miro customer, received two Pinnacle Partner awards from Digium. One of Digium’s top 25 VAR partners worldwide, Clarotech won the Partner of the Year accolade as well as the Pinnacle Circle of Excellence.
“We have seen rapid growth of our shift*eight Asterisk PBX & Call Centre business and are honoured to receive this award, which recognises our fast growth status and collaboration with Digium,” says Colin Fair, MD.
“Clarotech Consulting’s VoIP expertise and UC capabilities combined with Digium’s compelling product portfolio has led to our continued growth. By partnering with Digium, we believe we are able to offer customers the greatest value and advanced features for their office communications.”
“Miro are thrilled to receive our award, and we would also like to congratulate Clarotech on their awards. We look forward to another successful year in partnership with Digium and Clarotech,” Van Niekerk concludes.
