In a first for the South African Mobile Industry, Pinnacle Africa has announced that it will offer a two-year on-site next business day warranty on all Samsung Mobile products purchased from any of its nationwide resellers/retailers.
Samsung SA currently offers a two-year carry-in warranty on Samsung tablets and smartphones. Should anything go wrong with these products, they can be returned to the reseller or nearest Samsung Service Centre.
The new warranty – available exclusively on products purchased through accredited Pinnacle Africa resellers – will bring support to the doorstep by the next business day, for a full two-years.

Warranty fulfilment and service will be facilitated by Infrasol – who are part of the Pinnacle Technology Holdings Group and already provide support to clients throughout the group.
Infrasol operates a full call centre which will take all calls from consumers or businesses requiring assistance with a problematic Samsung device.
Contact details for support via phone or Web are all clearly printed on this warranty card sticker which is clearly applied on all Samsung products procured from any of our accredited retailers/resellers. If there is no sticker on the product being purchased, the reseller has not procured it from Pinnacle Africa and therefore the warranty will not apply.
