The newly-launched Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone is already available from most of South Africa’s networks.
Vodacom is offering the devices on a special deal at R429 per month on a Smart S plan that includes 75 Anytime minutes, 75Mb Mobile Internet and 150 Anytime Text.
The Vodacom contract can double the data on Mobile Internet for the first two months, free Voicemail 2 SMS for three months valued at R35 per month and free in-store set-up from the Vodacom crew.

We’re also looking forward to launch the LTE version in the next few months, adding to our range of LTE devices which will provide an improved customer experience with much faster network speeds.”
The Samsung Galaxy S4 (i9500) smartphone will be available on the new MTN Anytime 200 for R399 PM over 24 months. This deal includes R200 airtime, 200 SMSes, a 200Mb Internet bundle and 30 minutes of free MTN to MTN calls.

The Samsung S4 deal is open to both new and existing MTN customers who are eligible for an upgrade.
FNB has also added the new devices to its range of smartphones along with connectivity, content and data in a deal worth over R6 000.
“New customers who switch to FNB can get the Samsung Galaxy S4 at a 16% discount with 24 months to pay. We have also included various data options in this deal to enable digital banking, and have included ‘voice’ to meet our client demand,” says Kartik Mistry, head of smart devices at FNB’s Core Banking Solutions.
New FNB customers who take up the Samsung S4 before the end of June 2013 will receive: 100 minutes per month for 24 months; 100 SMSes per month for 24 months; 100Mb of data per month for 24 months; 1Gb of AlwaysOn WiFi connectivity for 24 months; Samsung Hub Voucher (valued at R300); and 35% discount on accessories (optional extra).
