In order to enhance business intelligence and capabilities to drive higher revenue across all channels and segments, Best Western International has selected JDA Software Group, the supply chain company, as its strategic partner to embark upon a comprehensive price optimisation project.
Best Western, a global hospitality company with more than 4 000 hotels in over 100 countries and territories worldwide will deploy JDA Demand and JDA Travel Price Optimizer solutions to forecast demand and optimise rates for its hotels in North America.
Over the course of a two-phased rollout, JDA solutions will enable Best Western to leverage demand insights, customer response and dynamic pricing to drive higher revenue across its properties while delivering exceptional customer experience for their customers.

The centrally deployed solution should allow Best Western to achieve a single view of demand, understand available inventory and apply competitive market pricing to generate improvements in revenue-per-available-room (RevPAR).
