Aspect Software, a leading provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimisation, and back-office solutions, has announced the appointment of Kenneth Ewell to the position of Senior Vice President, Worldwide Professional Services.
Ewell will be responsible for Aspect’s Professional Services’ processes, people and knowledge across the organisation as well as leading the launch of Aspect’s new and enhanced service delivery framework.

Ewell began his career in operations and marketing at Bell Atlantic and has advised communications clients for the past 18 years as a Partner at IBM and Waterstone Management Group, as well as stints at Deloitte and Gemini Consulting.

Ewell holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Hampton University in Virginia and an MBA in Management, Strategy, Finance, and Organisational Behaviour from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
