Zando has revealed the numbers behind its success story: in 2013, Zando satisfied online shoppers with a 98% on time delivery rate for their several hundred thousand customers.
In 2011, Zando started to pave its way to become South Africa’s biggest ecommerce fashion destination. Now, Zando is offering over 20 000 different products online. Each month more than 1,5-million people visit the Web site, www.zando.co.za, to look for the latest fashion trends. In addition, 200 000 people follow its social media channels.
