Leader Tread has supplied and manufactured pre-cured rubber tread, as well as consumables required for the retreading process, for 50 years. Retreads are a big saving for large transport fleets and have better cost per kilometre than new tyres and in some cases the tread life of a premium retread will out-perform the mileage of a new tyre at a little more than a third of a new tyre’s price.
Leader not only provides the raw tread, but manages the sale of retreading factories which includes, factory layout and installation of equipment, as well as consumables, training, warehouse management and other factory systems.
