Genesys has named Bytes Systems Integration Partner of the Year for the Southern African region. Genesys also recognised Bytes’ success in selling its new Business Edition Premise software package. The awards took place at an event in London recently.

In fact, says Room, since 2007 Bytes Systems Integration has in total won 8 Genesys partner awards.
The company is currently engaged in completing the process to attain Gold Partner status.
Room says Bytes Systems Integration’s success with the newly launched Business Edition Premise package is particularly significant because it represents a new generation of Genesys software particularly suited to developing markets. Business Edition is aimed at mid-sized contact centres (those with under 1 000 seats), a market segment that is large in these markets.
“Business Edition changes the game with its preconfigured, industry-specific routing options, which greatly speed up deployment times,” Room notes. “A solution that would previously have taken three months to deploy can now be completed in 40 days. That’s a value proposition that clients really appreciate.”
