Cell C has released a new range of exceptionally priced Daily and Nite data offerings, which will be available to all prepaid and hybrid customers immediately.
“Our strategic objective is to offer an enjoyable customer experience and exceptional value when using the Internet,” says Cell C CEO Jose Dos Santos.
At an effective in-bundle rate of 10c per Mb, customers can purchase the three new SmartData Daily bundles which include 20Mb for R2, 50Mb for R5 and 100Mb for R10. These bundles only expire at midnight on the day of
purchase.
“Many customers want a quick check of their social media or a quick post on an online service. These new bundles will allow anyone with a data enabled phone to do just that,” says Dos Santos.
Cell C is sweetening the mix by adding two new SmartData Nite Bundles which customers can use between 1am and 7am daily. For only R5, customers can purchase a 250Mb Nite bundle valid for one day, with an in-bundle rate of
just 2c per Mb. Alternatively, if customers have larger data downloads that they need to complete, they can purchase the 1GB Nite bundle for an unprecedented R10 – just 1c per Mb.
“Sometimes customers just need that little bit extra to complete their operating system updates or other large file downloads. These Nite bundles will give them that extra shot of data at an unbelievable price,” says Dos Santos.
Customers can dial*109# to purchase any of these bundles. The out-of-bundle rate will be the default on the customer’s tariff plan.
