Business Connexion has received an ITIL maturity rating of 4.25, beating a previous rating of 3.5 achieved in 2013 post an assessment conducted by Pink Elephant, a global leader in ITIL® Certification & IT Service Management Education, Consulting & Conferences.
The scope of the assessment included 17 ITIL processes rated across the group out of a total of 26 ITIL processes.
