Kyocera delivered a remarkable performance during the international Buyer’s Lab 2015 Pick season, taking home wins in nearly every category from mid- to high-volume in both monochrome and colour.
The TASKalfa 3010i, 3510i and 8001i were the winners in the monochrome category, while the TASKalfa 3551ci, 6551ci and 7551ci were the winners in the colour category.

All in all, the devices stood out most for their exceptional reliability and ease of use.

“Time and again, Kyocera impresses us with the consistency it provides across its line and its clear emphasis on convenience for the end user,” says Pete Emory, BLI director of laboratory testing.

BLI analysts praised the models for convenient features, such as the ability to add shortcuts to control panel menus with the press of a button and their redesigned print driver, which includes PCL and PostScript in one and lets users fluidly switch between the two. Many of the winning models also delivered an outstanding productivity performance.

“We are delighted to receive six Winter Picks awards for the A3 MFPs,” says Blake Grace, hardware product manager for Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa.

“Our comprehensive A3 line up offers unprecedented reliability, superior image quality, ease of use and outstanding productivity. Together with Kyocera’s renowned Long Life Technology these devices reduce costs, downtime and waste while being extremely environmental friendly.

“Kyocera’s HyPAS open software platform is standard across the winning TASKalfa devices, and its integration ensures business processes can be customized to each company’s specific needs. Every Kyocera product is designed with the customer in mind and these features make Kyocera A3 devices a cut above the rest.”
