Veeam Software has announced that, for the third consecutive year, Veeam has been included in the Visionaries quadrant of the 2015 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Backup Software and Integrated Appliances.

According to Gartner, this Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Backup Software and Integrated Appliances “describes the evolution of enterprise backup, which incorporates new products, solutions and techniques for protecting, backing up and recovering physical server and virtual server files, applications, system images, and endpoint devices.
“These backup products provide features such as traditional backup to tape, backup to random-access media (disk, flash and so on) or devices that emulate the previous backup targets (such as virtual tape library [VTL]), data reduction (compression, deduplication, single instancing and so on), snapshot, heterogeneous replication and continuous data protection (CDP).”
