Vox Telecom has launched an uncapped voice package to customers in suburbs where the company is rolling out fibre-to-the-home (FTTH). Uncapped Voice will enable unlimited calls to mobile, national and local fixed line and select international destinations.
“By providing customers with this service, we are hoping to continue to make keeping in touch as cost effective, and simple as possible,” says Natalie van der Merwe, senior product manager for voice solutions at Vox Telecom.
The Vox Telecom Uncapped Voice package is currently only available as an add-on service, to areas where Vox Telecom is rolling-out FTTH, and costs R249 per month.
“We’re also able to assist customers with porting their numbers to Vox Telecom and in so doing, keep their existing telephone numbers,” Van der Merwe adds.
“We’re offering a price competitive, value-driven alternative for customers that want to either continue using, or consider taking up a traditional fixed line service, powered in this case by Vox Telecom fibre.”
Vox Telecom fibre-to-the-home is currently available in Parkhurst, Greenside, Parktown North, Killarney, Riviera, Waterfall, Craighall, Dunkeld, Craighall Park, Atholl, Elton Hill, Winston Ridge and Constantia. It will be coming soon to all Telkom fibre suburbs.
