ESET has launched a Beta version of its new ESET Parental Control for Android app. As a thank you to all Beta testers, ESET is offering free access to the app’s security features such as Web Guard or Time Management for six months at no cost.
According to the Ofcom Report on Internet Safety Measure published in January 2015, there has been a significant increase in access to, ownership of and use of tablet computers by children of all ages since 2013. Many older children also own smartphones (20% of 8 to 11 year-olds and 65% of 12 to 15 year-olds) and among 12 to 15 year-olds, this is the device they would most miss.
