South Africans interested in nominating fellow citizens for the country’s premier ICT Achievers Awards have until next Friday (11 September 2015) to submit nominations.
“We’re expecting a surge in nominations this week and next. The ICT sector touches us all and contributes a massive R95 billion annually to the economy,” says Loren Braithwaite Kabosha, CEO of awards organiser, the SA Communications Forum (SACF).
Nominations can be made via www.ICTAchieversAwards.org.za, where users can also track the latest news in the run-up to the awards on 2 October 2015. The site contains information regarding the nomination process and criteria
“We have already received a good number of quality nominations since the process opened and look forward to receiving even more nominations based on the excellent calibre of individuals currently achieving in the ICT and Broadcast sectors,” adds Braithwaite Kabosha.
Nominations are open to all stakeholders in the South African ICT industry, including employees and leaders of public or private ICT-focused organisations, business owners, academics, consultants, and others.
