HR and human capital management (HCM) specialist CRS Technologies has announced that CEO James McKerrell has retired and will make way for Ian McAlister to serve as GM of the company.
McKerrell has fulfilled the role of CEO of this leading HR and HCM solutions and services firm for 25 years and has made a personal decision to retire in March.
In his own words: “Rest assured that CRS has never been stronger or more capable of continuing the legacy, delivering HR excellence and continuing with its successful strategy of developing new technologies and cost-effective offerings for customers. I leave you with Ian McAlister in place as GM and Malcolm Moodie continuing as chairman.”
McAlister has an extensive background in sales management, HR processes and procedures, as well as payroll consulting.
Previous positions held include regional manager at Saco Systems; sales consultant at Timecor; computer systems technician: software and sales at Saco Systems and lead instrumentation technician at ERPM Gold Mine.
His passion lies in finding HR solutions that can affect change within business environments across Africa.
