It’s all systems go for Pinnacle Holdings’ name chang to Alviva Holdings.
A special resolution to approve the name change has been approved by the required majority of votes and the annual general meeting (AGM).
The resolution has now been registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, and will now go ahead.
With the name change finalised on 21 February, trading in Pinnacle shares will cease on 7 March, with the new entity commencing business on 8 March.
